I'm a transplant from Ohio. I have 3 beautiful grown children and my hubby and I have been married for 40 years. We have a beautiful dog named Cole who is the inspiration for Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care. Over the years she has been by my side helping other dogs (and their humans) in a way that no human can. It has truly been the experience of a lifetime.
I love helping people and their pets live their best life together. Whether you've just adopted a new adult dog or a puppy, and you want to start off on the right path to your best life together, or if you and your dog are struggling to find a healthy, happy relationship. We can help!
We focus on the state of mind of your dog and getting them to a peaceful state. Then we teach you how to be the strong leader they are in need of so they can just relax and be a great dog. Reactivity, Leash manners, barking, chewing, jumping, aggression, separation anxiety, potty training and more. We love a challenge!
My passion has always been helping people. I am constantly fascinated by what dogs are capable of in terms of training/learning. They never cease to amaze me in their transformations. Hi I'm Shannon! I've been married to my husband, Carl for 20+ years, a foster parent for 4 years to three young girls and on our way to adoption in the next year, fur mom to two dogs - Juliet (a 1-year old collie mix) and Reno (a 14-year.old Pomeranian). In addition to being Client Care Manager and admin support for Good Dog, I'm a previous Good Dog client, for both their training and pet sitting services, and I'm a virtual assistant supporting other businesses while living in Tallahassee, FL. The rest of my time goes to running my kids to various therapies and activities. I'm a busy momma and virtual assistant!
Hi I’m Gina, an immigrant from Colombia that arrived in the US at the age of 15. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband, two lovely kids, two dogs, two horses, two sugar gliders and three ferrets! I have had a passion for the animal kingdom ever since I can remember. From volunteering and fostering rescues, to bringing home\ animals that needed help. I taught my Jack Russell terrier many tricks and became quite interested in the process as well as their communication. I went to school to obtain an associate’s degree in science and went to UGA to study psychology, but I had this itch that I knew I had to work with animals. So finally with my husband’s support I took off to Ohio to become a dog trainer and get my certification at the National K9 Academy! I love what I do, and it is a pleasure to see how an unruly animal and a frustrated owner can turn into a wonderful pair through communication and understanding. I currently own a German Shepherd named Lotor and the newest member of our family is a Border Collie named Kai. I look forward to helping you and your dog create a better relationship through training!

When I'm not helping out at Good Dog! I'm a Full Time Realtor serving Gwinnett County. In the crazy world of Real Estate, I love to start my day tending to the dogs at Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care. As Kennel Tech, I make sure the pups get social/play time, food, water, as well as lots of snuggles, and I keep their living quarters clean and fresh. I have 2 fur babies of my own, a Pit Bull named Henry and a Lab named Cooper. If I could, I would have 10 more. In my free time I love to cook and go antiquing.

Hi My name is Joni! I have lived in Suwanee, GA for 20+ years. I grew up in Wisconsin and have migrated to the warmer weather! I grew up with dogs and cats, and that childhood love for animals has remained strong. I have raised and trained large family dogs including German Shepherds and Weimaraners, and love all ages and sizes! I have fostered for the Georgia SPCA and have experience giving medications. Currently I own a cat named Dash. I look forward to meeting your furry family and welcoming them into my home!
Hi, I’m Margaret! I am originally from Kentucky but have lived in Georgia for 15 years. I have had dogs all of my life, currently two pups, and love spending time with them. I also spent a lot of time on my grandfather’s farm when I was younger and got to enjoy many kinds of animals, from horses to cats to pigs. Pets are family, and I will care for yours as my own when spending time with them, giving them exercise, play, and plenty of love!
Hi there! My name is Michael! My wife and I are originally from New Orleans, but have lived in Atlanta since 2003. After a long career in retail, I’ve focused on other opportunities which allow me flexibility to take care of my children. We have two boys, two dogs Remi and Snickers, and a bunny named Blackberry. It seems like I have always had a dog in my house since I was a young boy. As an only child, it felt like my pets were more like siblings than a pet. Hello! I’m Mary Tiller and live in Lilburn, Ga. with my two grade school girls. When looking for a flexible part time job, I started searching ‘jobs with animals’ because that is what I like! Thank goodness Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care picked me! This job allows me to be around different types of dogs and hang out with them and go for walks. ALL great things! I have one cat at my home, thus…you guessed it, I love cats! And all their quirky personalities. I am so happy to take care of your pets while you are away.
