Paying for your pet sitting services just got easier!
For those of you who prefer to pay by credit card we are now accepting credit card payments right through our online client reservation portal. You can enter your credit card information which will be securely encrypted and stored via petsitclick. (We at Good Dog! Coaching & Pet Care cannot see your card information). Each time you request service your payment will be processed using the credit card on file.
You can add or delete your credit card information anytime you like.
If you have a credit card on file but wish to pay by check instead, you will need to let us know using the “special notes” section of the reservation page or delete your credit card on file. If you do not let us know, the payment will be processed via your credit card and no refund will be issued. View our policies regarding cancellations here.
Regular (Non Holiday) booking payments are processed 3 days prior to the service start date. Holiday booking payments are processed with a 50% deposit 14 days prior to the service start date with the balance being processed 3 days prior to the service start date.
Please know that a convenience fee of 3% plus $0.30 per transaction will be added to your total payment.
Credit cards we accept are as follows: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Paying by credit card is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Log in to your online profile via our website or the petsitclick client App (apple or android).
- From the Home page click the “credit card” button on the left side menu.
- Enter the requested information then click the “save new credit card” button.
That’s it! You are now set up to pay for all your services with your credit card.
REMEMBER:
When you get an updated card be sure to go in and update the information/expire date/cvv code etc.
